“You have a real talent for this important work. This stuff works, and your group was excellent. As a facilitator you're relaxed and enabling rather than directive. You paid attention to various needs, e.g. the temperature. You worked hard at it. The yoga felt at the right level. The work was relaxing and restorative rather than intense and that felt good for me. Loved the breath work. Also the 108 bead meditation. Very useful to have tangible takeaways we can use as part of a home ritual/high stress points etc. Location. Lovely. You chose with care and it was beautiful. I found it a very calm safe space. There was also no pressure on people to share if they didn't want to and that worked beautifully as when they were ready and felt they could trust, they did. I found myself genuinely looking forward to each of our meetings, and I left each feeling calm and uplifted. Now that's good work, and I thank you for it.”
